Outstanding Show and Customer Service...
I went to see "Julie - Band" at The Moore Theatre (6/10/19) with my wife for her 50th Bday Present. Unfortunately, she was not feeling the best and was hurt, having a hard time walking and getting around. I explained my situation to one of the employees just outside the venue, and they let us in first when doors opened, then directed us to another person once we got inside. While we waited for the show doors to open, two of the ushers were very kind to us. They said they would look out for good seats for us. Just after Julie - Band took the stage and were well into the first song of the evening (Sun King), the usher surprised us by bringing us all the way down to the 3rd row outside aisle seats. My wife could see incredibly well and didn’t have to stand to see, except for a few rocking moments! We were blown away! I was thrilled to see one of my favorite bands up so close and personal.
